SEASON ANNOUNCEMENTS: Circle Theatre has announced the lineup for its 2013 season. God of Carnage, seen last season at the Dallas Theater Center, kicks things off Jan. 24. It leads a group of five plays that have all debuted in the last few years. … Artes de la Rosa also has released its 2013 season. The buzziest title is probably the regional premiere of In the Heights, which toured through the AT&T Performing Arts Center last spring.
