Turns out Kaiser was an adviser to NYCO, helped them arrive at their plan (their home venue was being extensively renovated) and predicted they would come back.

Sooooo ... not all the credit goes to Steel. But I&#039;m certain that&#039;s the way the public (and the NYC press) will see it.</description>
