90.1@Night with Paul Slavens: Live Blog for October 18, 2009.

Hello everyone, I think I have a real good show for you tonite. Sorry I can no longer post the playlist before the show anymore, but it will be up asap afterwards.
This is where you can make your polite comments and suggestions for music.
Hey y’all, make sure you warn me about explicit lyrics, I can’t play those songs, of course, and I would hate for something to slip by and get on the air.
Also, links to where the music can be found are always very handy.

Heard the Scott Johnson/Kronos track in the car; unfortunately the only place I hear the station. You might find other Johnson things to be interesting; he has a couple of discs that have been re-issued on Tzadik.

&, yeah, if there’s some Dennis Gonzalez that can fit your time constraints, bring it on!

Thanks as always for the music, even when I don’t hear it.

    Hey, Paul~

you’ve received a good deal of suggestions, but here’s mine for the pile. It’s the semi-scary month of October, so I thought you might be able to play “Clear” by Sigmund Und Sein Freund. Thank you for having previously played The Devils!

    Have a good show.
