The statue of Charles Tandy, the Fort Worth businessman and philanthropist, stands just north of the Tarrant County Courthouse in downtown Fort Worth. KERA’s BJ Austin has the story.

Art&Seek is a service from KERA for North Texas where creative people can come together to find, discuss, create and react to art.
